Ram Charan Teja Konidala is an Indian film actor. He is the son of Tollywood actor Chiranjeevi. He made his debut as lead actor in 2007 with Chirutha.
Ram Charan Tej, also known as Cherry, was born on 27 March 1985 in Tanjavur to actor Chiranjeevi and Smt. Surekha. He has two sisters, Sushmita and Srija. He did his schooling in Chennai and Ooty.
Coming from a family long associated with Telugu cinema, Ram Charan is the grandson of veteran comedian Allu Rama Lingaiah. Nephew of actor Pawan Kalyan, producer Nagendra Babu and cousin to fellow actor Allu Arjun.
